Return Policy
If your order arrives and doesn’t meet your expectations due to issues such as damage, stains, or incorrect items, please contact us right away to arrange a return.
How to return or exchange:
- Contact us: Email support@epicanvil.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include a description of the issue.
- Provide proof: Attach a clear photo of the product showing the problem or defect.
- Shipping: If the issue is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
Important Return Guidelines:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, unstained, and in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.
- Do not remove tags or dispose of the original packaging. Items with missing tags, stains, visible wear, or scents will not be accepted.
- Returns must be authorized in advance by our team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.
- Return packages must be dropped off with the return shipping carrier within 7 days of receiving a return label. Late returns will not be accepted.
- EpicAnvil is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
Non-Eligible Returns:
- Items damaged during laundering (e.g., stains, shrinkage, burns).
- Returns due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
- Packages not picked up or rescheduled for delivery within 30 days of the first delivery attempt.
Fast Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned items.
Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order for a full refund if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, contact us at support@epicanvil.com. Once an order has shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
